Welcome to August! And it's started out well in these parts - a sunny Saturday morning.
The prompt for this month definitely takes inspiration from the sun, but there are other elements you can go with that would work for any season.
The full instructions and details for this year's challenge can be found in the intro post on my blog here.
Past prompts will all be tagged under 2020 card challenge on my blog so you can find them easily in one place.
Also for those of you on Instagram, I'll be using the hashtag #2020handmadecardchallenge to share my projects there, so feel free to use this tag on Instagram as well!
I look forward to seeing how you interpret it - remember I've listed a few tips over on the blog post for this month.
Points for this challenge:
On top of the standard 5 points per any card you make, if you make a card for the monthly challenge you can now claim an extra 10 points!
As with all the other UKS challenges you can only claim this once a month.
I have to make an anniversary card and I'll use some of those colours. I love blues and greens together and that touch of yellow is so fresh, thanks Nat.
What a fabulous selection of cards, I do love that flowery one best Elaine, it is so fresh and makes me smile but they are all just lovely. Love the button centres too of that one. Good male card too, so hard to make I find.
What a pretty card Ellie and such lovely paper. the deck chairs are so sweet, love the dots.
