I have just done a mammoth post with my cards for today (get me!), there is blog candy up for grabs and it covers Nat's challenge too And, because I am lazy and about to drop here is the link! >>> here <<<
Sarah -I love your chevron embossing technique - is that a cuttlebug folder?
And how did you cut the chevrons on the second card - was that a die?
Both are really great cards !
it's SU. The embossing folder is the chevron embossing folder and there is a chevron punch too I have the linkie-dinks on the blog post (way down the bottom, it was a long one!)
Been blog hopping and left comments there. xxx
Got lots of cards that need blogging to catch up, but I have made them all. Just need a few hours to myself!!
Sky blue card stock, topper, elephant flying kite, was a freebie in a craft magazine, rainbow paper mat/pocket. Clouds are white card stock dabbed with 'chipped sapphire' distressing ink.

On many Spring days I wish that I
could be a kite flying in the sky.
I would climb high toward the sun
and chase the clouds. Oh, what fun!
Here's my week 23, aqua and yellow - no time to upload to UKS, sorry! We move again in two weeks and its our farewell bash/boys' 3rd birthday party tomorrow - should be out shopping as we speak!
