This started as a small block drawn in my graphics program, vectorised with Inkscape then doctored in RoboMaster! I cut in pearlised card ( went over it twice to make sure!) and must say I'm pleased with it. This could also be backed with acetate and painted with coloured inks, glass paints etc The design can be ungrouped etc and the individual blocks recombined, resized etc I've found that with the more intricate designs it's better to cut light card or heavy paper .
Enjoy,
Susibi
I would like to say thanks to Lucille & Shirley Anne for the help they gave me in learning to create scrolls.
This is my first attempt, hope it is of use to some of you.

Ann
Thank you everyone for your comments, I also sent it to CR Fun group and most of them wanted a gsd as well, I have redone it as a gsd it is nearly the same, hope it is OK for you
this is a bookmark I made for a friend, the font is CHICK, free for personal use, from da font, and the cats are CAT SILHOUETTES from Agent Js font design, personal use only.
The extra cats I cut out on black paper as an added layer, thought it looked better than pink cats.
As the bookmark has the name Mandy, I don't suppose it will be usefull to very many peeps, but it would be nice if someone could use it, as I have got so much from this site, I am trying to give something back,
here is the back of the finished bookmark and then the front, sorry about the quality of the photo, I knew I should have left it to the morning, but no
I went and deleted the good photo and was left with the dull one, unfortunately it didn't go into the recycle bin, so we're stuck with the rubbish photo. This is one of the few things I have actually designed myself.
hope you like, TFL
by laminating it, I didn't glue it, just the smallest spot of glue on the cats to hold it whilst laminating, tidier effect I think.

This is my first ever, I feel kind of silly posting this S.I.M.P.L.E. template but I promised I would show you so here it is. Please don't laugh.
I cut the bookmarks 4 per page in black. For the front windows I stamped a japanese image in red to show thru. In the back, I printed my personal information and a bible verse that goes along with my future work. I then laminated with my Xyron 900 and added some red and white fibers running thru a gold eyelet.
The small fan is a template shared by Krewella and I just resized. Thanks Krewella! I am sure you can do the same with any other template.
I gave the bookmarks for free to everybody that stoped at my table. It felt really good to just give and receive soo many compliments.
I made this bookmark inspired by Mozart's Clarinet Concerto (KV 622). The notes are taken from a free PDF partition of the piece. It is quite delicate to cut it out, but it is possible. I simply glued the cutout onto a coloured thick paper. Note that the cutout is basically one piece, thanks to the staff. The only part I had to glue as a separate piece is the tiny dot beside one of the notes.
