Nat, you have given me an idea to use some real candy canes on ds's valentines (I am a sad mother that can't bare her baby to not get a card on the 14th.) mmmm might give it away that it was from me though since he knows they are in the cupboard.
Great Christmas cards, some fab ideas to use
I'm falling behind with mine, haven't done the sketch or this weeks old stash challenge, must catch up soon !
I really don't like ric-rac, having overdosed on it as a child but I do like the chameleon type you've used Virginia, very nice.
Liking those colours v much HBD, would be perfect for a man, that one.
Thank you Nat for all those ideas - I remembered that I have the Waltzing Mouse Scandinavian Christmas set, so here is my card! Just overlook the not-quite-perfect stamping, everyone........
Glad to be of service HBD - and lovely use of those WMS stamps. I have them too, but really wanted to get some of that old stash used up. I am sure they will get put to use sometime very soon!
The heart tree is a fab idea Alison, I might have to try it as I'm sure it would create some very folksy looks....
Virginia - that is a really pretty take on the prompt this week. Love the snowflake additions!
I think I might used an embossed heart background, who knows, I may also be putting away my Christmas stash tonight, getting fed up of tripping over it, literally as it's on the floor in 2 boxes. Certainly will be having a cull.
