Let the good times roll.........
You can get those dyes can't you - maybe look to see what's in them see if you've got something similar. I've no idea if it'd work though.
When I've made colours I've used clear UTEE in the melt pot then added some coloured regular embossing powder.
ETA
I just googled alcohol inks and flammable and yes they would set on fire so defo don't use those! I was a bit worried so I did check. There's a couple that have come up where they've mixed perfect pearls with the dry powder.

Stampin, scrappin, craftin addict!
Given that UTEE is essentially embossing powder, just in larger crystals than usual, you would presumably be able to mix any coloured embossing powder into it to colour it?
There are the Melt Pot dyes (I think that's the name of them) but am not sure if they're for UTEE or only for beeswax?

I just add a little coloured embossing powder to the clear UTEE - works fine, and the tinsel powders give a really pretty effect.

You can add colour - they even do sets for Melt Art, To Dye For which come in two different sets

One day I'll be living the dream...
You could try rangers "heat it inks", they're designed for adding to UTEE. Ranger also have a recipe page for making up different colours with them. (link on the page just above the product)

Veni, Vidi,Visa.... I came, I saw, I shopped :D
You can use alcohol inks to powder utee as long as you leave it until all the alcohol has evaporated and its dry.
Somebody did tests on their blog a while ago of various colourants such as food dye on utee but I can't remember for the life of me who it was now :-S

Happy scrapping in Hampshire
Tim Holtz did a video using alcohol inks to colour clear UTEE - really beautiful colours. You stir in a few drops of the colour and leave the powder to dry, then it's fine to use. My avatar picture is fake dichroic glass made using UTEE coloured this way!
