On a roll today! Here is my aperture card using my new Memory Box die bought at the Craft 4 crafters show at Exeter yesterday. Had to have one after seeing it on Nat's blog! I absolutely love it and bought the Christmas version too.
agreeing wholeheartedly withe Susie, I had intended to leave comments on the cards but with so many pages to go to..... they are all so fab! Really good to see so many taking part too, thank you Nat for doing the challenge.
I actually have some to share!!!!! Panic took hold that it is once again Monday tomorrow, therefore week 7 (where did they all go?).
Week 2 really did work in my head but sadly not in reality! it never went to 'Tracey'!
Week 3 prompts I loved - so much I have 2 entries. The ship is the real entry. I drew a sketch of this to start with. All the details are here on my blog.
Week 4 just happened when I started using the free stamps with a monthly craft mag.
So, 3 down, 2 to go - or that should be 3 come morning!
Well you beat me to the punch with that design Trish, I'm guessing it's a Silhouette one. I was trying to cut it yesterday but my machine wouldn't work and it had been fine minutes before. Anyway, panic over, I've tried Silie again today and it seems okay although I haven't cut anything yet. I had visions of having to buy a new machine.
It is a fantastic card, I love the patterned paper behind it I was thinking of something plain but might 'lift' that now.
Hannah Victoria, great card - the ric rac around the aperture is a fab idea.
The ricrac was necessitated by the fact that i hand-cut my circle with scissors! I needed something to go round the aperture, and was pleased that the ricrac bent round nicely
