Thanks so much for your post. It helped me out too. After hours trying to figure out how to get craft robo working with my new computer, I was successful after seeing your post. THANKS SO MUCH.
If you were to use the Studio software which has replaced RoboMaster, the drivers and everything else you need is included in the software, you install the software first, then when you plug the machine into your PC, Windows will detect the new hardware and install the drivers automatically.
I have tried downloading the 32bit driver but still get the message asking for driver to be installed I have robo CC200-20. I contacted graphtec a few days ago and have heard nothing from them. Does anyone have any ideas please
Thanks Mandychap
If your using Silhouette Studio software the driver is included with the software, if you're not why not download that instead of Robomaster it's free, the link is at the top of the chat section. If you still have problems give then Graphtec a ring here is phone number 01978666700 they will soon sort your problem
Hi Mandy. Try clicking on File>Preferences and seeing if you mode is listed there, if it it click on it, then click ok (thats if you're using Robomaster).
I'm not Tina Lol... still can't even get the PC to accept it
Have you checked whether you have 32-bit or 64-bit version of Windows? You need to install the appropriate version of the program. Only ask this as it affected something I tried to do for another program months ago. Hope it helps and you're soon up and running
