Having just been away for a weekend with 10 members of our crop, all doing the small configurations box I thought I would share our experience of lining the inner small boxes. Despite having a copy of Tim's instructions, the variations of the dimensions of the boxes was too much to get a good enough (note - not perfect) results.
What we came up with, though not perfect again, was much improved.
We measured the inner dimensions and added 3" to both and cut out and scored the square like Tim's instructions, cutting out the 4 'external' squares.
Hope this avoids the level of frustration and spoilt paper that we had. All delighted with the results of the boxes in the end.
