Have done this weeks card but not happy with it - might have another go tomorrow.
i've had a month of those!!!! sorry, but taking comfort in others doing this. I have 2 horrors in the kitchen mocking me - just can't throw them away though, hate wasting cards. Hope February is better.

    thanks for leaving a comment.

jo, the dog on my purple card was done with my measly 12 watercolour pencils - my first attempt at 'colouring'! Not sure if i like it enough to splash out on pens though. Did feel like a school kid with my cup of water

The prompts for this week are: Blue, Flourishes and Hello. You can see the post on my blog, add a link to your blog using inlinkz or post it here:

Here is my take on it. I have used all three prompts this week, but I am looking forward to a prompt that I could interpret a bit differently from what may be expected!

oh my, I appear to be uptodate!!!! woooohooooo!

Here is my last (and the challenges first). I have 3 whole days ahead now - I can see hearts/red/love!!!

I have to admit that I got my inspiration from Jo's blog last night. I actually enjoyed making this and for once I knew exactly how it was going to look before making it - was a quickie too.
Still can't decide if its for Mum or not.

    Hi Ladies,

I've just found this thread and been looking back at some of the cards - they are ALL wonderful.

Lilli - I love your Week 3 card the blue flourish one and would love to know where you got the flourish and message from.
Chick - fab card and I checked your blog and I see you use the Waltzing Mouse designs - absolutely gorgeous. They're a must have.
Jo - I love your cards, they have an elegant simplicity about them.
Philthetog - love your card, the flowers are so pretty.
Ang, what a brilliant idea and who better to suggest it than such a talented card maker, I love all your cards.

I am making cards for charity at the moment and can offer one card for this last week, it's pink. I'm getting fed up using butterflies and flowers so I'm hoping this thread will give me some inspiration and in fact it already has. Just have to try and remember how to do the link thing now.
