A bit odd
How about 'guess the weight of the baby' everyone puts their name and their guess on a strip of paper and you put them in a pretty jar till after the birth, if you decorate the jar then the new Mummy can keep it afterwards, along with the paper guesses as a keepsake.

Don't Say "Baby" Shower Game
This game is simple, but a lot of fun!
When each guest arrives, give her a clothes peg to attach to her clothes. Be sure to use clothes pegs that are smooth and won’t snag clothing.
When the shower begins tell the guests that they aren’t allowed to say the word “Baby.”
If a guest is caught saying “Baby,” she has to forfeit her clothes peg to the person who caught her. That person then attaches the clothes peg to her clothing.
When guests have no clothes pegs left, they are out of the game. The guest who collects the most clothes pegs is the winner.

Dirty Diapers Baby Shower Games
Here is the basic version of how you play it.
On the day of the shower, fold paper napkins to look like diapers. Spread chocolate and mustard on one napkin to make it resemble a dirty diaper.
Fasten the “diapers” with a diaper pin and fasten them to the bottom of the guest’s chairs.
Near the end of the shower, or just before mom opens her gifts, have the guests retrieve the napkins. The guest that gets the dirty diaper wins a prize.

Nursery Rhymes Memory
Baby Shower Game
Use the following phrases to make up a game. Have the guests write the answer to the phrase opposite it:
1. Young shepherdess who looses something.
2. A girl that took her pet to school.
3. Little boy who sleeps in unusual places.
4. An animal that has gifts for the master, dame and a little boy.
5. Child who steals swine.
6. An old lady with a lot of children.
7. Someone who had a wife he couldn’t keep.
8. Birds who sang in an unusual place.
9. The old woman who couldn’t find anything for her canine to eat.
10. He kissed girls.
11. He was a merry old soul
12. They’re made of snakes and snails and puppy dog’s tails.
13. They’re made of sugar and spice and everything nice.
14. He lives on Drury Lane.
15. He gets up when babies go to bed.
These are the answers to the above phrases.
1. Little Bo Peep
2. Mary Had a Little Lamb
3. Little Boy Blue
4. Baa Baa Black Sheep
5. Tom, Tom the Piper’s Son
6. There Was an Old Lady Who Lived in a Shoe
7. Peter, Peter Pumpkin Eater
8. Sing a Song of Sixpence
9. Old Mother Hubbard
10. Georgie Porgie
11. Old King Cole
12. Little Boys
13. Little Girls
14. The Muffin Man
15. The Man in the Moon
Some people will be able to answer a few of these immediately and others won’t remember the details. This is a great way to remind your guests of the rhymes of their childhood. Set an egg timer for five minutes when the game begins. When the timer goes off, read the answers. The guest with the most correct answer gets a prize. This could be a pie to represent the Sing a Song of Sixpence rhyme or a white, stuffed goose to represent Mother Goose

Dress the baby.... Blindfolded. Best to use a baby sized doll !!
Guess the flavour of the baby food (jar or tin) harder than you think.
Put the dummy in... like pin the tale on the donkey but using a big baby face picture.
Cards with letters of the alphabet.... hold cards up one at a time a the first to call out a word associated with babies starting with that letter wins the card. The person with most cards at the end wins a small prize.

I was at a baby shower this past weekend and what they did was blindfolded the mom to be and made her try to guess the different flavours of baby food from store bought jars. We all had to guess how many she would get right. If there was a tie, what they did was blindfold the winners and had them try to take out all the small safety pins out of a bowl of dry rice...it's actually quite difficult to do.

It is a truth universally acknowledged that a woman in possession of paper must scrap

We played a similar one to this at my cousins shower but we spread 6 nappies with various brown foodstuff ie marmite, curry paste mixed with mayo, choc spread, mustard etc and the mummy had to sniff and guess what they were. The funny thing was one of her cravings was pickle and she ended up eating it right out of the nappy!!

Cricutting Mad
I actually held a baby shower for a friend of mine and these are the games we had which went down really well...
1. My Waters Broken - I got hold of some little toy babies and put one in enough cups for all the guests filled them with water and then put them in the freezer - on the night each girl had one cup and then the first person to shout My Waters Broken once their baby is melted out of the ice wins...it was a game that carried on over the course of the evening.
2. Nappy Game - A little disgusting but very good fun...I had 5 nappies and 5 different choc bars and I melted or crushed each choc in to each od the nappies people then had to prod and poke to figure out what was in each nappy
3. Baby Song Game - I had a selection of songs with the word baby in the title and they had to guess the song and had extra points for guessing the artist as well
4. Baby Bingo - rather than numbers i used baby related words like dummy bib, etc
good luck with your planning and i hope these ideas help
