The Craft Room Workstation

Good morning chaps and chapesses

My Mum bought one of these and is having difficulty using it. She looked for the instructions but cannot find them and now she can't remember if they were enclosed or she has lost them. She phone Create&Craft customer services to ask about getting another set but got no joy.

Has anyone here got one, and are willing to copy the instructions for her, please?

BTW I think it is very complicated too and I have had a lot of probs with the after sales I got charged £ 164.00 for stuff for my disabled group and i cant get anywhere with them...none of the stuff arrived
