I have had some of my stamps on acetate for about 8yrs or more and they are all ok but I have to say that the high majority of them are rubber and not acrylic.
Maybe its the mounting glue that is used??
Can I ask how everyone stores their nellies & maggies please.
i have a glossed door in my hall that houses my electricity meter.... all my stamps are stored on there with ezemount.. then i can just take off the stamp i want ...
I only have those stamps like that and the rest of the wood mounted stamps are in a big box in my expedit from ikea unit! .....
and my christian text stamps are in a drawer in a rolling cart as are my mandala stamps...
Cheers Nic. Have you seen the debate about storing stamps on acetate and how it is bad for them. I think laminated sheets are different though.
Yes I saw that and I did wonder if there'd be the same issue with the laminated sheets, but I think for now I'll probably adopt my usual ostrich position!
as if i would place my babies at risk from lead poisoning...... Mrs Mac woulda got me for it! my babies woulda been removed from my care! and all before the dragon images someone is stamping me to use with my Knight...
LOL Mary! I will take full responsibility if it makes you feel any better!!!
Yeah Tracey it does make me feel loads better. I can't believe I am sitting colouring stamped images!!!!!!!!!!!!
For the record I'm not giving away one of my adopted girls. I double ordered one and it's only fair to pass it on to a loving home where I will be granted full access.
