I would say its Buttons and bows on the same card. (although I may be wrong)

ok, so here's my first one using Sketch Nb 2
No bow... as it's more of a masculine card and I could not fit a bow on there... (confession : don't like bows...). But I'll try on the next one (a tiny one )

"Buttons n bows" is free to interpretation. It doesn't have to be a cutesy bow, you can knot a bit of ribbon, or even create paper ribbon... if you manage buttons and bows on the same card - hurrah! You get extra gold stars!
