Changing the dpi help

I need to change the dpi on one of my digi LOs and not sure how to. I have adobe Photoshop cs2 can I do it on that or is there another way??

I *think* that you open the file, go to image and then select the size. The setting should be there. I am not much good at photoshop so am sure someone will give you the correct info if this isnt right.
