Cut 2 small squares of pattered fabric and one square of net.
Cut a shape in one of the squares of material ie heart or Initial.
Put fabric pattern down then net then fabric with shape pattern up.
Sew 3 sides fill with lavender or similar ie christmas pot pourri and sew 4th side adding a loop at corner.
This can also be done with card.
Give as present to hang on tree.

Chocolates are expensive to hang on the tree.
Cut some cones of cellophane fill with sweets and hang on the tree.
Small are great for decorations but I do large ones incase any children visit.
I also do a couple for my friends dogs but I have to make sure they are marked as I wouldn't want the kids eating them.
ie a bone shaped tag

This can also be done with cheap see-through plastic baubles ... put some M&Ms or smarties inside.

So many photos, so little time
This site had a cute little poem, which is nice for someone overseas or "across the miles":
On Christmas Day
At half past three
make yourself a cup of tea
I'll think of you
You think of me
underneath the Christmas tree
(You could use their little decorated pine cone idea or do something else tea-related... cup of tea and teabag or decorated tin of teabags, etc...

Need to buy for a Keep Fit fanatic ???
Home Exerciser
Find/purchase a block of wood. Attach the following (decorated) notice.
1. Place wood in the middle of the floor
2. Walk around it two times
3. Rest, you've just walked around the block two times.
