As I've just completed my first upload (in the July challenge) I thought I'd give it another go and share these birthday cards with you. I'm still fairly new to cardmaking, although I have always been interested crafts. I used to embroider quite a lot but my eyesight is not what it was and it gets to be quite a strain after a hard day at the office in front of the dreaded computer!
Anyway, to get back to the point here are a couple of children's cards I have made.
Jenny, your cards are fab. I love looking at your gallery on SCS.
Here are a couple of birthday themed cards which could be given to a child or an adult. Both were hand cut (no die cutting!) They took me ages to make.
What a gorgeous selection of cards on here. I did one for my friends little boys 5th birthday yesterday, sorry the image is a little blurred, Sharon
I cut the elephant out of some gorgeous embossed glittered paper and then matted him onto cardstock. The background is embossed paper from the same range.
these are some I've made recently
the 1st one was for my baby cousin, 2nd for a friend, 3rd made for my mum to give to her friend, 4th made for a friend of mum's
I've made loads of baby & children cards but never uploaded any here (they are all on my blog!). So here's one I made last night for a blog challenge - to make a card about back to school using my Cricut!! Just thought, in case you can't tell, it's in the shape of a school back pack....
