you will need to snip the end of the card on this one - two cuts and a set of horseshoes to do in lace /glitter paper? - a nice verse on the top right hand courner would look nice on this card I think.
Happy Easter everyone
Etui22
two plain bells on a lattice background, also two lattice bells, one lattice bell and a plain bell.
on seeing this one cut out, I think that if you got rid of the background lattice pattern on the card itself you could put some nice paper there instead.
I curvered the bells and will up-load a proper piccy in my folder tomorrow (sorry, lost got in the way...)
have also done single and double hearts too - do them tommorrow....
Been asked to a wedding card, in landscape. Here it is. The lettering would be lovely for a Golden Wedding as well.
If you use it make sure you do it at a slower speed, about 3 worked for me.
Hi there, talk about jump in at the deep end for my first template, I must have been mad, it's taken me absolutely ages, I think my grey cells went into meltdown. but wanted to put something back for all the beautiful templates I've downloaded from you very talented ladies. Can anyone tell me why all the fonts on my computer don't come up in the fonts on inkscape, and is there any way of adding additional fonts to Inkscape? Thanks. Hugs Iris xx
The outer card and insert were both cut on 160grm card, red cap, speed 10 and thickness 30 (My robocop has a blue lid). I used silver mirror card to reflect the coach and give depth. Caution! This is extremely delicate and not for the faint hearted. However, it can be done! The filigree is in green as the pattern is complex and my robocop stalls part way through if I try to cut the design in one hit. However this way I can cut the green filigree and then cut the rest of the pattern. The font is "Romantically Yours". Please note if you cut black lines the words will fall out of the card. I set the red dashed line at 0.5mm cut and 1mm space. Fold with care and you will achieve the pop-up.
I have found the best way to remove the card from the carrier sheet is to use a finely pointed scalpel (or similar) and pick and flick out all the cut-outs from the design, then lift the design very gently with a slender cranked palate knife.

Managed to create these symbols which mean life, health and strength for an egyptian themed card I made. Hope someone might use them in future. card didnt scan well, but cut the symbols into brown bazzill and mounted onto gold mirri so the gold shone through well
Well I have been working on this for sometime now I feel its ready for posting.
I have used cuttlebug swiss dots behind the wedding arch, I have also designed a lovely box for the Door card range now and you can cut the front in acetate so people can see the card instead of hiding it.
The doors on the church open, to give you a sneaky peek at whats inside
