Layouts
Here we go with September's Blog bits. First up, this beautiful page by katielamb and, as an added bonus, Katie has outlined instructions for making the page. Staying with katielamb we have a steampunk page featuring the fabulous Santoro Willow range. It's always good to welcome a new name to Blog Bits and StephieBoots's debut comes in the form of a super instructional video. This blog post by butterbee is brimfull of stunning pages and KraftyKaren celebrates a big birthday with a special page. The monthly sketch challenge is up on MiniOwner's blog and AmandaJane challenges you to scraplift her page.
Cards
Susibee shares this cute card made for her sweet grand-daughter's first birthday. Susi has used a Cricut image from the Create-a-critter cartridge. Organised crafters are beginning to post their Christmas creations; check out misteejay's lovely cards and also some vintage style beauties by efemera. CoventryAnn is also in vinatage mode with a super leaving card using some old Graphic 45 papers. MysticNat is celebrating autumn and it's gorgeous colours and ScrapmateUK shares a 'classy' tri-fold wedding card; you can find some instructions on MiniOwner's blog. Anyone else have a pot of gilding flakes they haven't a clue what to do with? Here be dragons has a lovely example of a card using them. And our final blogged cards come from newtoga who has made a number of cute stepper cards (click on 'older post' to find more).
Other projects
I have a 'thing' about beach huts at the moment so I couldn't resist featuring this fabulous configurations box by winterbaby. If you want to see just how amazing 'a week in the life' can be then look no further than ScribbleMonster's blog. MaryAnne has been busy with making 'heart in hand' printables and I know you'll be interested to see a bit more of the travel journal I featured last month by YorkshireLass. If you like the Tim Holtz Bird Crazy stamp set as much as I do then you will love these tags by lemonblossom. Check out soojay's art journal - a super noisy page! And last but definitely not least, have a look at this amazing example of miniature art by littlechubblies.
Don't forget to claim your 20 bonus points if you make anything inspired by this month's blog bits.
Please do PM me any links to your blog posts if you have something you'd like to share - I'd especially like to find a few more cards and also to feature some new names.
