I have been without my CR for 8 weeks, waiting for graphtech to get back to me re dodgy blades (I've used 3 since Christmas) only ever cut card or paper. Not really been very adventurous, would love to see your DVD

Hi Tracy,
Received my DVD today and watched it straight away.
Wow it is fantastic hubby even sat and watched it with me and was really impressed, he reckons Graphtec should pay you for your excellent efforts with the video.
Even though I have had mine nearly a year I learnt so much, Thank you once again and I hope you don't mind but I would like to keep my copy. I will of course re-imburse you for your time and effort.
