I saw some back copies in a shop at the weekend.....

I've still not had a letter or a refund

Caz, you better off giving them a ring and chasing it. i waited for a letter too for what seemed likes ages. in the end i called them, and the guy on the phone said that i should've received a letter ages ago. i got my refund last week

I posted my letter back on 13th Feb - no response, so I have emailed them today to chase.

I never received any contact from them at all so ended up calling them. The chap put it through over the phone and card now been credited.

I didn't receive a letter either ...but did receive new mag... not my cuppa char..so phoned and was told twice that the department I needed to speak to were busy... (both times at 3:30pm ish!)and to call back in about half an hour..both times I called back and lines were closed.. Gonna try calling in the morning tommorow!

I contacted them via email and my refund was dealt with sraightaway.
