please help...my cr won't cut

i hope someone can help me, my photo editing software is not working so i've tried to use open office followed the tutorial numerous times and my cr wont cut please if anyone has any ideas please let me know.

have you tried cutting from the robo master software? I would do that first

sorry i did'nt explain myself properly, i'm trying to do joined up writing (sounds like i'm in infants dosen't it ).

I know, but you say it won't cut, so I am trying to determine the problem - will it cut at all?

yes it will cut from the robo master software, it just keeps saying can't find reg marks.

you don't need reg marks, just turn them off. You can get to the robo master controller from your print screen, select Properties, then Controller at the bottom and turn off reg marks

Hi there..

I had the same problem when doing cursive text in open office... I found that if I highlighted the entire page and then grouped it.. checked the cutline settings were for black and for grey... then printed after that it cut no problem..

Maybe you could try this one.. see how it goes.. good luck.
