Using Old Slide Mounts

Does anyone know if it possible to use old slides as embellisments by removing the negative and decorating the mount? Chrissie R

yeap - thats what most people do... store the negative carefully though,... if they are your photos i'd keeop it allt ogether and go abd buy sldes fromjessops for 50 for £2 or so... on my blog i have a pdf with instructiosnf or covering them

Thanks very much! I didn't know Jessops sold them and I've just found a thread about scanning negatives/slides so I'm going to have a look at mine. Jessops want 50p a slide to put onto a disk and I have so many!
