Need some advice on something I have bought

Ive purchased some good from a website (craft items) and the item hasn't come. I emailed them and they said check the local sorting office which ive done for the last 5 days and now ive been emailing the company and they do not respond? What shoud i do?

royal mail have 15 days to deliver 1st class mail... they wonr consder it lost till then... do you kow how they sent it?

I ordered it on the 26 of October paid for the item and postage they said it was with royal mail. But getting concerned that the company said on friday email them again if the sorting office didnt have it then and now no response to emails at all

Is it possible they are away at a show for the weekend? Are they sponsors? Have you tried telephoning them?

I thought about the show idea but its been 6 days and no contact. Ive just emailed them again so if no luck i'll try calling them later.

yes it is the Hobbycraft show at NEC and it is very possible that emails are a long way down on their list of priorities at the moment .... there may well not be anyone there even to deal with messages if it is a small business.
