    ???Best hole punch for cicle journals please???

    Please can you tell me the best hole punch for the C.Js My husband very kindly bought me a leather hole punch home with different sizes on BUT it doesnt seem to like card very much and it is taking me ages.It was lovely of him to try for me
    and I hate to sound ungrateful !! Can anyone help please?

    i use a single hold punch from staples for £1.50 ish... looks like a pair of pliers

    A big thankyou to you for being so quick. You really are the scapbooking angel on here. and well deserve the praise you have been getting.
    My apologies for not thanking you sooner but my husband was bidding on E.Bay and was at the crucial stage. Hopefully a gift for me !!!

    I use my eyelet punch - it's making memories and hasn't failed me yet. I just use a big hammer and a bit of oomph!!

    japanese screw punch...this is the best. Because you can drill holes through severel sheets of paper and/ or through chipboard to make the holes.

    MM has a similar tool out (its black with silver metal on the bottom) that I forget what its called, but I tried it and compared it side by side to the Japanese screw punch. The MM is not as sturdy and effective.

    Darice is a mfg that makes Japanese screw punch. It usually retails for $40-$50 US. Book makers in rubber stamping world use this tool alot before eyelet tools even came out.
