Altered Step By Step Instructions

Been looking through the gallery & would love to try a few of the altered ideas that came up.
Is there a specific forum here for altered step by step items, ie; the coffee filter books, ATC cards, paper bag books etc?
I'd like to make something for my swapee in the up coming swaps so have to get my head into gear.

I can't open anything either. Will have a wander about the web but if anyone comes up with anything before PLEASE post as at this time of year making our own will be very usefull esp for swaps etc.

if you cant open the pdfs it is becuase they are adboe 7, do save as and save onto your pc... then open from your pc

Is there anywhere that shows a variety of altered projects or make from scratch ones. I've not done this type of thing before but my advent swapee has so I need tips.
Tag book, beer mat book etc etc.
