    "book of condolence and remembrance"

Good morning all. I wondered if some folk might like to express their condolences.

I am so very sad at the loss of my beloved Queen. She has served our nation so well with great knowledge and dignity. She will be greatly missed.

I feel such sadness … she really was the mother of the nation who brought us all together. She served with grace her whole life. She was a shining example of duty and service. I am so pleased that she had a chance to see how much the nation loved her over the jubilee so she knew how much she was valued and loved. Rest in peace your majesty now reunited with your beloved Philip and thank you for all you have done and for a life of service

Tears yesterday - fond memories today. There will never be another like her; a wonderful woman, mother, grandmother and Queen.

I saw this on a card with flowers outside Buckingham Palace this morning. So very cute and apt isn't it?
I have a banging headache because I have watched so much of "things" today on TV and was constantly reduced to tears. Like BJ said this morning in the house of Commons, it has left me wondering why and then realizing just how much I appreciated this lady.

Me too Yiayia. I thought BJ tribute was excellent, and Theresa May made people laugh
with her recollections. As everyone has said, the Queen was a humble , wise and dignified lady.
    We will miss her.
