I do love your cards Alison, they are so clean and fresh. I love what you've done with the triangles and super colours, also love that birthday sentiment such a lovely style of font.

Here is mine. It’s an anniversary card.
I’ve used Beige, flowers, bit of glitter, and a tiny bit of grey.

    Alison, yours is super-crisp.
Ellie, very romantic! So different from Alison's, but both are beautiful.

I made this one, before I'd looked at the prompts. It definitely has grey, kind of beige, and some heat embossed gold and silver for the glitter, but definitely no flowers! Does that count?

    Great cards ladies.

Here is one from me. Dreadful photo again !!! But you get the idea. Beige, grey, glitter (the grey is sparkly wallpaper) and a flower in the centre of the squares.

Love your card Margo. Like all the little cogs and wheels, and the numerals.

Yiayia, beautiful, very crisp and precise.

Wow, one prompt and some very different cards emerging !
Ellie I love your romantic collage style, I’m rubbish at that
Margo, love the texture of your card, it’s a perfect ‘masculine’ card
Yiayia, that design is very effective, I fancy having a go at doing that.
I need to make DH a birthday card tonight, that square design might just fit the bill

I used the design, thought you’d like to see it, although it doesn’t fit the prompts except for the grey.
I messed up one of the stamped birthdays round the edge but at least it looks home made

Well done Alison - at least you used the backing on the squares - which is more than I did!!! As for the mess up - I THINK I can see it - but a blind man would be glad to, you'd have to know it was there to spot it. They are simple to do and very effective aren't they?

Excellent Alison. I can’t see the mess up.
If I did that, it would be all crooked.
