Exclamation 2022 card challenge - September

    Afternoon all!

Sorry for the late post for this month's challenge, I've been at my desk since 7 this morning, but been busy with work stuff and only managed to log on now.

The focus colour for this month is: Metallic tones

Lots of flexibility there for using foiled papers, heat embossing, metallic die-cuts, and doing your own foiling with a foiling system - or you could use metallic media like metallic paint, rubbing wax, mousse, mists, mica... Lots of options and lots of metallic colour tones to choose from.

So without further ado, here is this month's pin-spiration....
    09 - September pinspiration.jpg

I look forward to seeing how you interpret it - remember I've listed a few tips over on the blog post for this month.

The full instructions and details for this year's challenge can be found in the intro post on my blog here.

Past prompts will all be tagged under 2022 card challenge on my blog, so you can find them easily in one place.

Also, for those of you on Instagram, I'll be using the hashtag #2022handmadecardchallenge to share my projects there, so feel free to use this tag on Instagram as well!

    Points for this challenge:
This challenge scores you 20 points. As with all the other UKS challenges, you can only claim this once a month.
But remember, you can also claim points for up to 10 cards you make in any month.

    Happy crafting!

Well, if I don't manage another card for this prompt, this one will do.

It features autumnal florals, a tied string, and a splattering of copper metallic paint:

Well, this is perfect for me, as it just so happens I finished this card yesterday for a 60th birthday. There's silver heat embossing and shapes cut from foiled card, not to mention the foam numbers which have silver on them.

There you go again Nat, such a clean, fresh and pretty card, just lovely.

Clever you Margo, that looks so complicated but I love the die cut elements and the colours go so well together. Love that pop of white too.

Thank you Susie. It's a design I bought, and it's much easier to put together than it looks. Especially as I've used it a few times now.
