It's that time of year again - many many new releases. What are people loving int he the new releases at the moment.

I am loving the NEW DAY collection from Echo Park and Simple Stories Indigo Garden

When i went to a crop recently, in the uk (yay, a rare treat for me) a lady next to me was making an album for a kenya trip and she was using stamperias savanah (sp)range. It was to die for and lovely ruch colours. I would love to buy that except well, no suitable photos and no kenya trip on the horizon either unfortunately, however it would suit your cats Karen!

I am loving stamperias papers generally, the vagabond lady and mechanical sea ones are super for art journalling and the latter is a bit steampunky. My current fave of theirs is the alice in wonderland one but that might be just me, i am a big fan of anything alice. So for me, stamperia, but i dont know if they are new or not. Im very out of touch here in france.

Also at the crop we had a kit which used something called jane padfield, they were nice bright florals....right up my street.

I love graphic 45 too but find them rather difficult to use.

Oooh I might look for that Maria. I’m not usually a fan of Stamperia other than for mini books but that sounds lush.
I too am a big Alice fan and have resisted that one as I don’t know what I’d use it for but it would be nice just to have

Yes I find graphic 45 difficult too … I usually end up with LOTS of fussy cutting

I’m so glad you got to a crop.

I found most of the stamperia ones are better in 8x8 or smaller, as I rarely use them for actual scrapbooking

Ooh that stamperia savanna looks good. I still have most of my South Africa trip to scrap so well worth thinking about

My favourites at the moment are Cocoa Vanilla - Daydream, and These Days. They have been just perfect for Evelyns baby album. I’ve done lots of fussy cutting so the papers have gone a long way in the A4 album, been using them for a year and I still love them. I’m fancying the No Limits range if I can still get it now we have a boy in the family too

I’m a bit behind on new ranges, simple stories is my usual go to, but I’m really trying to use up some of the stash I already have

Just had a peek at the echo park ‘New Day’, that is gorgeous!
I’m getting the feeling this is going to be an enabling thread

Maria, did you buy much crafty stuff while you were here ?

er yes.... I had ordered a fair bit to be sent to mums to bring back (so difficult to get stuff posted here since brexit, so many charges) and one of my lovley teamies sent em a huge pack of scrapping bits to do a travellers notebook. Plus i raided mums stash a bit too.... it needed raiding, plus a few kits i had ordered before and had too much luggage to bring back last time.

I bought a couple of kits from sponsors Papermaze and am looking forward to using them. They are a mix of Simple Stories and Vicki Boutin. I have so much old stash to use up though, and I'll feel guilty using the new stuff first. I must check out some of the ranges above.
I've only been to the US once, and it was before I got into scrapbooking - what a missed opportunity!

Another Cocoa Vanilla fan here and also Paige Evans, but my number one go-to at the moment is Vicki Boutin. Her bold bright colours are perfrct for me.

Yes I always feel guilty buying more when I have so much old stuff, might be time to move on some of the older bits and pieces

Brights are your signature Sue, like Karen I can struggle with them
