Exclamation 2021 card challenge - December

    Evening all!

In the spirit of the festive season, I'm sharing the final prompt of the year a bit early.

This month's prompt provides a great opportunity for some festive crafting - but if you've finished all your Christmas cardmaking projects for this year, there's no reason why you can't make an early start on next year's. If the thought of that is too much, there are some everyday elements in the image that could work on a card for any time of the year and any occasion.

The focus colour for December just had to be a festive one: Red

    The Pin-spiration is....

    12 - December pinspiration.jpg

I look forward to seeing how you interpret it - remember I've listed a few tips over on the blog post for this month.

The full instructions and details for this year's challenge can be found in the intro post on my blog here.

Past prompts will all be tagged under 2021 card challenge on my blog so you can find them easily in one place.

Also for those of you on Instagram, I'll be using the hashtag #2021handmadecardchallenge to share my projects there, so feel free to use this tag on Instagram as well!

    Points for this challenge:
This challenge scores you 20 points. As with all the other UKS challenges you can only claim this once a month.
But remember you can also claim points for up to 10 cards you make in any month.

So all that remains for me to say is: Happy crafting!

Lovely cards. Nice flowers, and lovely Santa’s sleigh.

Wow gorgeous Elaine! I especially love Santa and his sleigh silhouetted against the moon like that.

Thanks Nat. I love that moon stamp. I ‘lost’ the first one I bought so had to source another! Lol

Been there, done that! The tiniest stamp on one of my favourite multi-step stamping sets went missing, never to be found again. The stamp set had been discontinued, but thankfully I managed to source a replacement set. So relieved! I just have to be super careful with little stamps in future.

You’ll never guess what… it’s only gone and turned up!!!! It must have been missing a year and since we spoke about it, I have found it! It is a cling stamp and it was stuck to the bottom of one of my Weston boxes!

Those are lovely Ellie, especially love the Noel lettering.

What a relief Elaine! I bet you're glad to be reunited with that stamp.

Here's my take - festive red on full display, plus lots of baubles, boughs, glitter and the like:
