Those dogs lead you a Merry dance Susie. . Snuggling up in the warm sounded a much more sensible option.
Howling winds all night but they didn’t start until about 5pm here so we were able to have our BBQ after all. DH rigged up a wind shield and we stayed here as originally planned and cooked rather then move everything to our friends BBQ hut after all. We had a nice sociable afternoon. We then watched a film on Netflix in front of our fire..it’s turned absolutely awful here! A day crafting ahead I think.
Pretty blossom Margo. Ours was out too but, again, like so many of you, most has blown away! Not many apples for us this year!

Sorry Maria, it was in a bunch of flowers , so no way of knowing.
I have a pale pink one called Olivia Rose Austin, and I’ve just planted
another pale pink one called Sweet Honey. Will have to wait and see what it’s like.

A few PINK things of mine. Some are very old and are special to me. The little box with the snowdrops on was my Grandma's so I'm guessing about 150 years old.IMG_20210504_141031.jpg

Gorgeous pink trinkets yiayia, so pretty. I love the little condiment set.

Those flowers are wonderful Ellie, such a delicate shade of pink. I have just spent over an hour trying to order flowers, when did it become such a nightmare. Let's hope she's in tomorrow to receive them!

Love the pink mask, I could do with some of them Elaine.

The wind was so bad here today my wooden greenhouse got blown over. Fortunately I hadn't filled it last night with the bedding plants as I intended to do, just a few trays some of which I can salvage. I'll be so glad when this awful weather has passed.

Dogs are getting worse I think Elaine or are they just playing on the fact that they are very old. I spoke to my friend at the rescue yesterday and I think she said they've only had one last to 16. So off to the vets this afternoon and also have a telephone consultation with my GP to see what happens next about this strange lump in my arm.

Oh crumbs I hope it’s nothing serious Susie.
Funnily enough I have a phone consultation with the Dr tomorrow about a lump on my hand. I don’t think it is anything serious, but better safe than sorry.
Have had a lazy day today to make up for the busy fee days I’ve had. I didn’t even craft in the end.
Lovely pieces of chima Yiayia. Such memories.
Beautiful flowers again Ellie. I thought the ‘rose’ was a lisianthus again.

Lovely flowers and great mask. Those pink trinkets are so special to treasure.

Susie I am sorry about your old boy struggling ... I hope both his and your consultation are ok

    Gorgeous photo, lovely weather Karen.

My consultation isn't until tomorrow. The dog is fine apart from leaping down the steps at the vets, all four of them and crash landing. Vet said he is looking good, stronger than before. We can't forget for a second though that when he's on steps he leaps the last few. Usually, we catch him, not today. Doesn't look as though he's done any harm fortunately.

When did your lump appear Elaine?

What a lovely collection, yiayia. Are they all from your grandmother? Do you use any of them, or just keep them in a safe place?
Elaine, I don't think I've seen a pink disposable mask before.
Ellie, lovely flowers. Does the rose have a scent?
Karen, very pretty blossom. Did you lose much in the wind and rain yesterday?
Susie, must have been alarming re the greenhouse!

Good luck to all those with medical appointments for themselves or pets.

Might do a numbered pic tomorrow to explain what each one is. They are all special in their own way.

The auction is tomorrow and I won't be watching it - all online because of Covid. I looked at everything listed tonight and it made me sad, not just our friend's stuff but seeing people selling war medals, so sad that no-one wants them.

Thanks Margo, we're all getting old like our pets.
