Gorgeous photo's Ellie, you have some lovely tootles. The hair is even longer now, mind you, so is mine, 29th is the big day for me and it can't come soon enough.

I didn't know anything about organophosphates until I was lying slumped on the sofa one day, too ill to change the channel on the TV and there was a programme on about fish farming. They were talking about Nuvan Staykill and how they use it in the water to prevent lice on the fish but the fish were deformed with tumours and we eat this stuff. It was that day that I realised how I'd got M.E. as it is a neurological illness and then I realised why the cat and dog had been having fits and why we lost our other gorgeous little cat so young. They stopped using it for head lice for kiddies because some children were literally climbing the walls after it. The effects may not be noticeable for years though, they used malathion in that treatment I think.

Vine Weevil killer, it used to be in that, probably still is but I use a natural one now, nematodes.

Susie, how awful that you and your pets have suffered so much.

Ellie, that was an intense blue in the canal pictures, and you looked like you were enjoying yourself.

We went out early evening, to Loch Lomond. Only half an hour in the car but out of bounds until last Friday!

A reflection, with blue in it:

    Blue_Refl.jpg

A view up the loch, mostly blue:

I thought you'd like the blue and white seaplane:

Answers on a postcard for this one. It may be an art installation, I didn't go close enough to find out, but it made me smile anyway:

Aww super photos ellie and margo....lovely to see you too in the photo and both of you live in such lovely scenic areas. Loved the canal wall reflections one and of course the seaplane. The art installation is a bit lost on me too!

Nothing wrong with boiling water on ants nests! I dont think you need to be ashamed karen, it sounds normal and alot less damaging than some of the chemicals

Susie that really is awful...I am so sorry

Margo gorgeous photos ... love the seaplane especially (our house has the same name as a seaplane ...Catalina ... but not named after that of course)

We visited Loch Lomond once ... it was beautiful

Stunning photos ladies. Nice to see you Ellie. Fab sea plane too.
Susie you are a mine of information! Thanks for the heads up. I’m a boiled water sort of girl too.
We had a brilliant trip up to see the in-laws yesterday. Smooth travel both ways..no delays around the Dartford tunnel..which is a miracle in itself...and we stayed in their garden for about three hours in the sunshine. It got a bit cooler but nothing a coat wouldn’t solve. Such a relief to see FIL (even with his lockdown hair!). Here he is in blue pretending to shake DH’s hand. Hopefully the next time we see them they will be able to hug..it was hard not being able to do that.

Love your photos Margo. I liked the quirky art work. Everything looks better
    in the sunshine doesn’t it?
The canal water looked blue in the sunshine, but in the shade it looked green!!

Great reflections Ellie, where was that ? Looks like you had a nice day.
Margo, I need to put Scotland down on our list for another trip, it’s been too long, lovely photos. Interesting installation
Karen, you managed to find another lovely place to visit and take snaps, and love your LO.
Elaine, glad the visit went well, must have been a relief for
Sheila, hope you can find out what’s causing a problem with your hand.
Susie, hope the latest treatment is helping your dogs. I don’t have my haircut till next Monday, not long now. I did have to chop my fringe though, don’t think she’ll need to touch it
Mary hope the injuries are healing nicely
Maria, how’s the garden growing ?

No more news on FIL yet but is being sent for more tests and a scan next week. His bloods show an infection..don’t know where though!
I have been in my craft room so I have more cards to take to my fitness as they usually buy lots! Lol. I have made five of these..but here are three of them. Washi tape strips though the middle. Very quick to make. Very disappointingly you can’t see the two lines of embossing I have put either side of the strip.
And my Snow White coaster I have on my desk..with blue in it..and a butterfly card I have made with bluenon it too.I wonder where I get the inspiration?

Very neat cards, Elaine. If I tried that, they'd be all squint.
    Maria, yessss!
Alison, how's your Click 'n' grow doing?
