Some great tips there, yiayia!

I must admit I have usually put mine in the oven when I'm finished cooking, and just leave them to get cold. I wrap them in foil, put a roasting tray on top, and into the roasting tray I put my largest pyrex dish, which is rectangular, and add water to weight it down.

I've popped them in a few times now, and there's a definite improvement, though not flat, and still very scratched of course. I've not been diligent about flipping them in use, like you have, yiayia.

I don't seem to have any cracks in mine, Alison. You must have been giving yours some punishment! I'll pay more attention to placement of dies in future, thanks for that tip.

Has anyone tried any non-branded replacements?
