Robomaster Templates box is empty

Hi everyone, I've an ancient CraftRobo C2000 which I'm just getting back into using after a gap of 8+ years (i used it constantly in my shop then retired!). My question is, in Robomaster it all works brilliantly but the pop up box for templates (the .GST files, which are basic outlines) is empty. Any ideas how to fix it, i'm a bit OCD so things not working as they should really bug me! I've tried;
1) re-installing the Templates folder
2) re-naming GSD format files then putting them into the Templates folder.
3) uninstall/reinstall of RoboMaster software. Many TIA xx Janine
