3 a day problem

The gallery keeps telling me I have exceeded my three per day uploads .. and I haven't .. even the LOs dates prove that I haven't so why won't it let me upload the third. I won't be able to get all my LOs into the gallery before the deadline now.

Just upload what you can Frances, that’s all you can do, if some are a day or two late for this reason I’m sure it’ll be fine
Could you add them straight to the relevant challenge thread saying you’ll add to the gallery asap x

That’s what I have done. Cannot upload one of mine to the gallery so copied the link onto the challenge page and will upload when I can.

I wonder if this is something to do with the year change. Is it just you Frances that is having the problem or is everyone being told they can't upload? I see Dee had a problem but I need to see if there is a common thread the try to diagnose the problem. Like are you both using the same browser? Or uploading at the same time? Maybe your browser is still set to BST so you are an hour out?

Annoying as it is, unless it is a global problem there is little I can do to sort it. So often issue come down to individual machines or certain browser versions or some other bizarre unidentifiable condition that cannot be sorted for a handful of people without breaking something else for the majority

It would be really useful for anyone with issues to post here with the browser you are using and the time you are uploading. Those are my two best guesses of what the problem might be but I can't know for sure till I get more info.

I think maybe it’s a temporary issue, but Dee doesn’t manage to get on here everyday so may not have seen your message

It is three LO’s in 24 hours not on one day as I understand it and as far as I’m aware it has always been the same since the rigid three LO’s a day came into force. I don’t think anything has altered
