Forum spy exclusion form not working

can anything be done about this? I have recently found forum spy and its very useful for catching up threads but when you click where it says to exclude forums it just brings up a blank page. Ive tried from both phone, tablet and desktop, and all the same. Thanks

I asked MaryAnne when it the change happened and she was unable to figure out how to change it.
