Sorry, forgot to post here yesterday. Baby Evelyn was born at 6.50 on 21/2/21, weighing in at 8lb 2.5oz, two weeks early !
She’s adorable, although I think she kept mummy and daddy awake quite a lot last night

Oh yes Elaine, I’ve already told her she’ll be my garden helper, but she’ll have to join me with cutting and sticking too. Living so lose she won’t have a choice

Morning everyone.
Well what do we think about the new rules then?
One person to see doesn’t help me much but better than nothing I guess. My big birthday is one day before we are allowed to see up to six people so they really scuppers that. Sigh.
Not worried about shops so that doesn’t affect me. Pubs opening on 12th April will be better than nothing but still not allowed more than six so again, not much use to me as we are a family of seven although hopefully I can see the boys even if not their other halves. Once Miss A goes back to school I won’t be seeing her so that will be sad

Not much improvement until May 17th for me but I’m trying to be optimistic. I really am!

Seeing one person ok can go see my friend but not much help seeing 6 ok can meet with my friends who i used to work with. Shops not opening til April is a downer cos Farmers Market for Easter is 20th March so missed out on Mothers Day and Easter. Cant go to matches til June so thats half a season gone!!! Might manage to get away in June

and relax which is what i need more than anything after 6 years of constant stress!!! Fingers crossed (if i do get away) when i get home hubby will be back in the office and Ill be back to self isolating between 7am - 5pm which is what i can do

Some positives but still so far to go.
