That's a new one on me! Are you using an ipad to upload? Could you try it on your phone or a laptop?

It isn't the apostrophe problem it is? Try it without any punctuation.

Sorted now, wouldn’t work on iPad, phone or laptop but just got OH to try on his MacBook and it worked so who knows why.

Sorry Hilary, don’t mean to be a pain.

Not a problem Dee, I am unfamiliar with ipads but I do know they have caused blips in the past.

Hi Duffy, if you click on the little image above , third from the right, a picture of a tree in a frame, you should get a box pop up which will allow you to insert an image from your computer. Hope that works.

Hello. I have had my CR 200/20 since they first came out. I have not used it for years, but would like to start again. My old computor was win xp, but I now only have win7. I tried loading the disc and the machine does work. I cut one of my old cut designs, which was cut only on an older laptop without printer, but I cannot get the software loaded into my win7 machine with printer. I loved the registration mark system for print and cut and would dearly love to get the program loaded on my win7 computor and printer. I have tried talking to Graphtec, but they were not helpful at all. Is there anybody that could help me to get the software loaded on win 7 please. Thanks. Joyce.
