Hi I am 'new' I suppose. I used to be active on here years ago but lost all my crafting mojo. However it is now back and I have rediscovered my love of digi crafting too.

Hi thanks. It's been almost 4 years I think. I'm having trouble sizing my uploads for the gallery at the moment. I'm using a Mac and Photoshop if you can help me with that? Thanks.

Hi Kimali59, Welcome back. I use paint on my laptop to resize photo's I don't know about using Mac or Photoshop, but could learn about Photoshop via my brother if needed. Do you have paint? I normally just right click the photo and it brings up a menu so I click on edit and it takes me straight to paint where I can resize and crop any photo.

I don't use a Mac but I do use Photoshop Elements. I save my images as "Save for Web" and resize to around 800x800. That usually brings them out small enough to upload to the gallery. Images need to be under 1000kb to upload.

Thanks Hilary I think I have worked it out. I tried save for web but that didn't work but I figured out how to do it eventually! Thanks for your help.

Good show. You may not have noticed but we have nice big galleries nowadays so plenty of space for all your forthcoming layouts. Was Kimali your previous name? You are coming up as a new join date. I'm trying to place you but the name isn't ringing bells.

I tried to login under my old name but I couldn't remember the password so assumed I had been deleted and registered again. I am still there though in my previous username of Kamilicrafts which was my crafting name and Kamili which was my cat breeding prefix (Kimali switched around a bit!!) but can't see how to get into it. I have messaged admin.

I've added a click to the Newbie pack in the menu top left so hopefully people will find it easy enough. It's great to have this updated! Thanks!

Hi Kim, welcome back. I have a Mac but I usually save everything to photos and click on export from there, that works for me.
