Print and won't cut

I'm sure this questions been asked before. the lines to be cut show bright as normal but it just sits there in the queue and nothing happens. I have designer edition and use a portrait. Please help.

Oh dear. Not sure that I have anything useful to suggest except to switch off your Portrait and disconnect then reconnect and switch on again which may clear the glitch. Good luck.
