Hi everyone!
Well this is an interesting conversation. I would like to say a huge thank you to Mary Anne, Karen, Sue and everyone else who has made UKS the super place it is for inspiration and a good old chat! Everyone I have come across on here is warm, friendly and lovely!

As a long standing UKS member I would surely miss it, if it folded. I love the challenges to get me started on a page and collecting points is a lovely bonus, but I understand the issues with that now there are not so many people collecting them.

I was one of the few people who did not have and indeed wasn't interested in joining FB, but due to group/club commitments of my children we found we had to join last year to keep up what was happening in each one! Naturally I looked around FB to see what scrapping groups there were and what they had to offer and I have found it a big source of ideas and inspiration. I have taken part in some cyber crops on there and they get hundreds join in on some - the sort of numbers we used to get here too - so it would be great if we could achieve that again.

I'm happy to continue with any format of challenges that most people feel is a good idea and I am still happy to set a challenge or two when required. But I do feel that some sort of FB presence (I didn't know we already had a FB page), is a must or even Instagram - where we can just post a photo of a completed challenge with a link back to here? A trial to see how much people actually click a link or visit here after seeing one of our posts maybe worth a go?

I think that the ideas of a simpler home page with links to the challenges and chats is a good idea.

Just seen on the FB group that someone from a DT other than a sponsor on here posting and advertising supplies. Moving forward could it be made that where any supplies can be used for challenges etc BUT DT's are only allowed to advertise if they are from sponsors of UKS.

In the about it says ' another place for people of UKS to meet........... The group is no way affilated to UKS. So now I'm a bit confused. OK i know it doesnt take much lol
