Help with library

Hello everyone. Well after weeks. Now have my design files from the library, downloads. silhouette america advice me to use studio 3 instead of studio 4.There is still an issue which is being sorted out so that i can eventually use studio 4. Please everyone save your user files elsewhere apart from library. Lessons learned. And i am grateful for all help.Thanks everyone has given me.

Glad you got at least part of the problem sorted Ruth. I've seen so many post about people losing file's because their computer has failed/died so it's always wise to have an external backup. I've read of people backing up outside of Studio but still on the same pc which isn't safe because they will still be lost if anything happens to the computer
