Help with library files

Good evening. i am having issues downloading my cutting files silhouette design store. They use to always appear in my
library, but now does not.As it says download failed. Have been in touch with silhouette america, showed how to get files back. Still it says download failed. My files always downloaded. But now my files from design store will not download. Can anyone help me please.Have cameo 3.

What version of the software are you using? I had this with my Cameo 2 response i got was i needed to update my software from V3.8 (I think) to a V4. Once id done that my downloads worked again. One thing that has happened since changing to V4 is that the free designs are now in Local Library but recent and to see where they are stored you need to click on local library and the recent folder appears.

I have had this happen in the past, but I found it sorted itself out if I left it for a couple days.

Like Eileen it happened to me a while ago. I missed about three files and they appeared later. Since then I always click on the box to download and save to a folder on my computer automatically as well.
