Ellie - have you tried - right click on the picture - save as - and then save into a folder that you will remember?

Thanks Yiayia. Yes I’ve done that, but I wondered if I could save it from the scanner.
I don’t want to have to scan it every time I need it.

He doesn't care Ellie, it just doesn't bother him. Vet came out to speak to him and did ask if he wanted him to ring and speak to The Boss, at least I have our vet well trained. Anyway, it's just his usual tummy upset but we will wean him back on to his food very gradually. Such a relief that the pancreas isn't involved.

Once I've scanned something in it usually gives me a choice to save it as Jpeg or PDF or whatever and give it a name and also where to save it to as well. Where has the file been sent to, do you know?

Ellie, If you have saved it you shouldn't have to scan it in future, just go to the file, open the folder, click on the pp and go to print

    properly

    Glad doggie is ok Susie.

If you can't find it I'd suggest scanning something else and make a note of where it is sending it to. My scanner sends things to pictures for some reason and it is always the last place I'd look. See if you can find how to choose where to send it. Give it a name and then in future if you forget you can search for it.

Still blowing a gale here and forecast for right through tomorrow.

    Morning all.
The trouble with me is I get to see my ‘kids’ often and I miss their hugs. DH is NOT a tactile person and although I hug him it’s like hugging a statue..he’s so uncomfortable with it..my dear sons were bought up NOT to be like that. I saw them both yesterday, from a distance, but I do miss a hug more than anything in the world.
Sorry can’t help with the scanning/saving issue.
Very windy here yet dry. I have to go to Mums today to tidy the garden as we have an agent coming to take photos to put it on the market on Tuesday. I can’t wait to get it sold. I hope it won’t take long this time! I don’t hold out much hope though.

Ellie, if you named your paper something if you go to this PC and put the name of it in search, it will search everywhere until you find it. I've got craft folders in my Photo's section on my computer and I've divided them into all the different crafts I do. Might be an idea if you try to do the same then when you go to save something make sure it's in the correct sub-folder. Hope that helps

Thank you Sheila. I’ve put them in a folder in my photos.
So I know where they are. Must put things on some memory sticks. If my
computer goes, I loose everything !!

    Looks nice and tidy Elaine.
