Thank you. I had to update cause I was having a problem with pixscan, a previous update had messed it up.
I got in touch with silhouette and they gave me the following advice, which worked. (in case helps someone with same issue)
Please perform the steps listed below to ensure a proper sync of your Silhouette Studio User library:
Ensure the latest Silhouette Studio® software version is in use

Open the Silhouette Studio® software.
If already open, please Restart the software.
Go to
Library
in the Silhouette Studio® software
File

Library
>
Library
If you are prompted to Sign in, please follow through using your Silhouette Account email address and password
If already signed in, click the blue Sync button in the bottom left corner
If you are still missing your downloads, please proceed with the following:
Open the Silhouette Studio® software
Click on the STORE tab in the upper-right corner
Or go to
View
>
Show Store
Log in to your user account
Click on the profile icon in the upper-right corner
Select
Recover All Downloaded Designs
Select
Find and Sync Missing Items
This process will initiate a Library Sync. Any images that have not been downloaded will shortly appear in the Recent Downloads folder, inside the Designs folder, in the library.
