I love roulade and that one sounds wonderful Ellie. I hope you had lots of double cream with it. We usually have roulade for our dessert at Christmas, often lemon as it is refreshing or a red berry fruit roulade. Dad adored sticky toffee pudding with double cream and would have had it after every meal and hubby does too. Mind you, I'm partial to it as well. I tend to stay away from desserts, my cholesterol needs no excuse to go rocketing up.

We went to see Lara’s nursery nativity on Friday, she was a very cute little sheep...

And I took Lizzy to an elf workshop yesterday. They made lots of little treats, here’s her marshmallow snowman, he didn’t last long !
