    Scanning

i had put away a lot of my crafting items plus selling a few, thinking I wouldn’t get back into it again. But never say never. It has been a while since using the Silhouette Studio software and I was just wondering is it possible to scan directly into the software? I appreciate there is the pix scan facility, but I don’t want to print and cut.

Looking forward to being part of this great site and forum again.

Yes it is possible to scan directly in to Studio but since the release of the 64bit version of the software some people using Windows are finding that the scanner is no longer recognised even though the printer is. It is an issue with drivers and Silhouette America are trying to find a solution. It no longer works for me with my Canon printer so I would just try it and see.

Thank you for your response. I was getting the message no scanner found and thought I was doing something wrong.
