    Cleaning mat

Hi, i seem to have forgotten how to clean my silhouette mat, which has lots of tiny bits of paper.
I use to clean it myself and restick it.For some reason have forgotten.I hope some can help me.

Think you just wash in warm soapy water rinse and allow to dry. Could be wrong though.

I make sure all old bits of paper are off the matt.
Wipe the matt with a baby wipe.
    Let dry 8 hours.
Re-stick with ZIGG 2 way liquid glue (the one with the thick tip).
    Let dry 8 hours.
Be sure to re-cover with the blue cover from the original.

I just give mine a blast with repos adhesive spray and work away. I buy about 2 a year so have a pile in varying states of decay but they all cut fine!!!

Hello. I cleaned my mat again washing with washing up liquid and scrapped it a sink drainer.
Well the gunge that came off the mat was amazing.Allowed to dry over night. Then cellotape the edges with slow tack tape. Then applied
the Zigg 2 way using the thick applicator. Then left over night to dry. Have a new mat.

I do the same but use low tack masking tape on the edges I found Cellotape left a sticky residue that can get on the roller's
