Cameo 4 will be here tomorrow!

Am beyond excited!!! Ordered my Cameo 4 today and it will be here tomorrow! I absolutely adore my 3 and it is still going great but the possibilities of increased cutting force and thicker material was just too tempting to resist.
Has anyone else given into temptation!!!

I received an email from Silhouette UK this morning saying they were in stock.

I would love one but am sitting on the fence and waiting for them to sort the software out. The scanner part of my Canon printer/scanner does not work with V4.2. I am also hoping the rumour is true that Silhouette have gone back to being C&C with Club discount and flexi payment more affordable. I also have a £10 voucher to use for renewing my membership.

Not yet. I have a couple of new auto blades in stock which won't work with the C4 plus I like to have the blade in Tool 1 and the pen in Tool 2 which isn't possible with the C4 so that is putting me off a bit. Please be aware that the current releae of the software is a bit buggy but they have had to release it because of the C4's being shipped. I am a closed Beta tester and they are working hard to solve the issues - another reason I should get a C4 I suppose but have just had to rebook a flight following the Ths Cook fiasco so funds a bit tight at the moment !! Enjoy your new toy - some of the Beta Tester in the US have been given the machines early to try them out so if you have any issues just post on here in case it is something they have already experienced and I'm sure Brian from Graphtec will be on the case too.

I don't know if you know you have to spend £50 now to use your £10 Margaret although if you buy the cameo 4 you will more than cover it

Yes Doreen they changed it earlier in the year. Also the £10 birthday voucher has to be on £50 or more. The new boss has cut back on the membership extras. No points anymore either. I was in two minds whether to renew in August, but as hubby pays for his SAA membership he pays for my C&C. I have until November to spend the £10 so really hoping they will have the Cameo 4 before it expires.

That is so disappointing. Oh well looks like I won't be changing my Cameo 3 in the near future.

I have never taken to Hochanda and never ordered from them. Shame that Silhouette UK yo yo between the two channels.

Oh dear, I wonder why C&C hasn't got it? Like you Doreen and Margaret I've never taken to Hochanda and have never bought anything from them. I don't think I could justify the expense of a Cameo 4, tempting though it may be. My Cameo 3 does fulfil all my needs . I might want it but I don't need it! I would like to see their demo though if anyone knows when it is to be broadcast.
