Ooh Iím intrigued Susie I bet itís to do with compost!!!
Iím not a modernist either, so thatís a challenge for me, but I do
like that building. I like the way itís shaded at the bottom.

It's not actually shaded Ellie, it is just the way the sunlight is catching it, so it must be interesting to watch as it will change from day to day, or even hour to hour with our weather at the moment.

Nope, it's not compost but I can understand your thinking. It is a craft item that I am trying to get round to using but aren't at the moment. It was reduced and on flexi-pay and I like that I can try it for 14 days before I decide if I want to keep it. Are you ready??? It's new so it fits the prompt, see the lengths I go to to meet your prompts Ellie, such a sacrifice.

Don’t our gardens take a lot of work Susie ! I’ve just been out in the rain doing a bit more, I’m hoping if I do a little bit each day I’ll finally get it sorted
I need to go get some more potting compost. My home made compost is coming on nicely though, and I keep throwing some on the heavy clay bits I clear. I have potatoes growing in one compost bin, and a couple of oak trees in the manure one ! Last year I had loads of marrows.

That building looks great, but I can understand the problem with the glare factor.

Looking forward to the review on your new toy. Such dedication to the group and the prompts

Just off out but someone has lit a garden fire and I can't tolerate smoke so I'll try to finish off the front of the house and maybe it won't be so bad. It is very sunny but really windy here which is sending the smkie everywhere. People don't realise the whole of the city is a smoke free zone, you aren't allowed to have fires at all.

I only tried the machine because of the effort of turning handles and we realised it was pulling a muscle in my chest and hurting other places. Pathetic I know and it wouldn't bother most people but it does me and there were certain dies I simply couldn't use, especially those frame dies with the flowers and butterflies.

That's me all over Alison, total dedication to our group. We have courgettes on the go for our neighbour to make his wonderful courgette loaf. Trouble is, we will be running out of space at this rate.

I think its 2 weeks tomorrow Ellie for the Photogenics challenge.

Yes, our challenge goes live June 17th, so anytime before that is fine, just don’t say it’s for the challenge.

I was going to post a message there tonight, I had a thought about the subject options

He will sit there for hours.

Jeff was ecstatic Ellie! Fortunately, he's not a bitter supporter, Man. Utd. fans won't be happy though. He said ti was a good match, Spurs had more possession but at the end of the day it's scoring goals that counts. Freddy looks happy, where does he hide when he's not in the pond?

Denise, you wouldn't think that was a comfy spot but obviously Torty thinks it is.

I started this ages ago and then went back to the garden and only finished about half an hour ago, we haven't eaten yet.

You're so right Alison, this gardening business takes a lot of time. I've just potted on more celery, extra lettuce for hubby and a few cucumber seeds, it is a little late for them but they said by the end of May so they should be okay. I managed to plant up a few tubs and other planters and we cleared a bit of our neighbour's garden getting it ready for planting. Hubby said tomorrow morning he is going to make a start on our other neighbour's garden. Why is he so helpful to other people but not for his beloved wife. For three weeks I've been asking him to clear some rubbish in the garden, but it didn't happen. My sister turns up and her car windows weren't working, straightaway he's out and fixes the wiring. My neighbour's garden lights weren't working straightaway he's out and fixes them. I ask him to throw something in the bin and I could wait until I keel over and it doesn't happen - what is that about!!!

Thats so annoying Susie DH does that too all the time
He cant believe that I too get sick of hearing my own voice repeating myself for the same little task over again
Its a busy time in the garden for you all doing seedlings pots etc but you do enjoy it
Here we planting winter violas for pots I put a salvia in one too winter colour does so much better than the summer as not as hard to keep up with watering as temperatures not as high summer everything gets frazzled we still have to water in winter too
    Great photo of Freddie Ellie

Here’s a “summer “one, my tomatoes are in their little house
The ones at the front are supposed to be tumblers, that’s why they are in a
hanging basket, but they look like normal ones to me, but we shall see when they
    get bigger.

It always amazes me how fast plants can grow in a season I sure the tomatoes will tumble Ellie hope so
DH has gone for donkey food bales he has taken someone to help load and carry I listening out for them coming back though so I can get them to stack them in the right place as its me that pulls out the bales into bags for the feed
